Returns Policy
By visiting this website, you are accepting the practices described in this Returns Policy. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by this website within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay non-expedited return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., due to our error, you received an incorrect or defective item). Items that are Not Returnable
Greystone does not accept returns of the following items:
- Items that are classified as hazardous or use flammable liquids or gases
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards and gift certificates
- Pay As You Go (or prepaid) cards
- Items purchased from sellers other than Greystone
- Food or beverages
For any product for which you are entitled to a refund under the Returns Policy, you should expect to receive your refund within six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, you may do so by notifying us in writing, and returning the item to us, within 30 days of the time the item was delivered to you.
Items Purchased from Other Sellers
With respect to any items you purchased on this website from parties other than Greystone Brands, Ltd. or Greystone Brands, Inc., you will need to contact the seller directly with respect to any desired return, refund or exchange.
In-Store Returns
Items purchased from this website cannot be returned to a physical store.
